It's easy to book the photography you really want with us.
- First we will check your planned date for our own availability.
We have a strict policy of photographing only one Wedding each day.
This ensures we can devote the entire day to you.

After discussing any ideas you may have at this stages, we will arrange to visit you for a viewing of our portfolio in your home, at your convenience.
Typically many of our visits occur in the early evening.

During your home viewing you will have the opportunity to view my extensive portfolio of wedding photographs and complete wedding albums.

We will have the opportunity to discuss the different styles of photography you may like to consider, such as tradition coverage or relaxed, informal or reportage.
Together we can formulate a plan for your ideal wedding coverage, perhaps using my collection ideas as a starting point.
booking
You can secure your wedding date for a deposit of £100 (Cheque payable to "Heidi Mann"). This ensures our services on your big day and cannot be refunded since we will decline other bookings on that day from that moment on. We will post you a receipt of your deposit.
preparation
Before our next consulation I typically visit the locations and venues you have booked and take note of good photographic opportunities and light conditions.
consultation
Around 2 months before your wedding I will contact you and arrange to visit you both either at your home or at the wedding venue. This consulation sessions enables us to plan in detail the coverage you require and discuss final ideas and concerns.
Many weddings - like any big event - are beset with delays and often parts of the day take longer than anticipated. To reduce the impact this may have on your photographic coverage I also take this opportunity to offer my advice on the planned timings of the wedding day.
plans
Following our consulation, you will receive your wedding plan detailing all the elements of your photographic coverage. This gives you the chance to re-consider or adjust any parts of our plans before the final preparations. Amend, sign and return one of the two copies of the plan you will have received. To ensure adequate time for preparation I must receive any amendments at least two weeks before your wedding.
balance
The balance of your coverage fee is due two weeks prior to the wedding. By then you will be in receipt of a detailed invoice.
the big day
I will arrive in good time for the ceremony. I work at all times with an assistant.
following the ceremony
Whilst you are enjoying your honeymoon I will be preparing your proofs ready for when you return.
Proofs of your photographs will be ready for you to view two weeks after the ceremony. I ask couples to contact me on their return to arrange when I can personally deliver their proof album. Except for the collection these are the actual prints that will be mounted in the final wedding album. Use the supplied form to select the prints for your album for about 3 weeks - longer if necessary.
You will also receive order forms for additional reprints which I welcome you to pass to your family and friends. I will make arrangements to return to collect the proof album and completed forms.
All prints hand-produced and colour-balanced to the highest professional standard.
finished album
Your finished album will be ready with all your prints hand-mounted, along with any reprints, within 3 to 4 weeks. Most collections include a complementary album. See more details about my albums on offer.
reprints
All prints will be held in archives for reprint orders.
