I have always been dedicated to photography and I love being behind the lens and in front of people.

I set up Exquisite Wedding Photography in 1998 although I have been capturing my world on film long before then!

I started on the path to my career as a wedding photographer straight from school while studying my City & Guilds Professional Photography 747 at Guildford Technical College.

After photographing my first wedding I knew Wedding Photography was for me.

I passed the City & Guilds with flying colours and proudly received Course Prize for Best Photographic Student 1990–1993.

I have always worked in the photographic industry. Soon I was making my mark at a local professional lab where I was quickly offered a job. Here I learnt valuable hand printing skills and went on to become Head Colour Grader. This gave me good grounding and where I got to see many professional wedding photographer's work this fuelled me to start my own business as I now had the necessary funds along with the practical and technical experience.

Having been a member of the Guild of Photographers for many years I have continued adding to my skills, keeping up to date with the latest technology and ideas.

As well as wedding photography I love portraiture in a studio environment and in natural surroundings. I have had the privilege to photograph many couples at their wedding and then return to photograph the new babies and growing family.

Travel photography is another passion. I love travelling and recording new cultures and places on film. Another passion is macro lens photography, taking close-up photographs of the seasonal flowers. I hope you enjoy looking at some of my personal portfolio. (Coming soon!)

In 2004 I decided to buy a Narrowboat where I love relaxing and spending my spare time after photographing my weddings. My Narrowboat is named Crystal and is 50 feet long. It is moored on the River Wey at Farncombe. I have had many adventures on it so far and enjoy taking photographs whilst cruising along the river. Some of my clients have visited me on the boat to collect their wedding pictures.
